Our service options are very simple, we either charge a set fee of £699 with a focus on you doing the viewings, we will also include the on-site market valuation for your property with a For Sale board that comes as recommended, the negotiation of the sale on the property, full sales support throughout the entire process and we will also provide you with advice and tips on how to conduct your own viewings. For this first option, a 50% upfront non-refundable deposit is required and the other 50% of the fee is paid on completion of the sale.

Our other service option which is conducted at a highly competitive 1% of the sale fee, includes everything as listed in the option above and we also take care of all the viewings, so you don’t have to; plus, your property will be listed as a premium & featured listing on Rightmove and our website so your listing views can be maximised.

What is more, this fee is capped at £2,495, not to mention on this option there are no upfront fees and for all of our services, there are no hidden fees or nasty surprises when you sell your home with us!
